The conference aims to promote academic exchanges and interdisciplinary cooperation between educators and experts from Taiwan and Vietnam. Experts, researchers, and educators from the two places can discuss and exchange ideas on new forms and challenges of education in this conference, such as innovative education and technology, science, and environmental education.
Scholars, researchers, educators, teachers, college students, and diverse participants from all over the world who are interested in educational innovation are welcome to participate in various academic activities organized by the Scientific Committee formed by National Kaohsiung Normal University and Ho Chi Minh City University of Education. Furthermore, this conference will create a platform for collaboration and connection among all participants, which will aid in the development of a new style of bilateral education between Taiwan and Vietnam in the twenty-first century.

Experts, scholars, educators and students who are interested in participating in this conference are invited to contribute.
